Pearl Comfort Sydenstricker, que adoptà el nom de Pearl Sydenstricker Buck i coneguda popularment com a Pearl S. Buck (Hillsboro, Virgínia de l'Oest, 26 de juny de 1892 - Danby, Vermont, 6 de març del 1973), fou una escriptora estatunidenca, guardonada amb el Premi Nobel de Literatura l'any 1938.
