John Marshall (Germantown, Virginia, 24 de setembre de 1755 – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 6 de juliol de 1835) fou un polític i jurista estatunidenc. Fou el 4t Cap de la Justícia dels Estats Units d'Amèrica (1801-1835).
