Robert Houghwout Jackson (Spring Creek, Pennsylvania, 13 de febrer de 1892 — Washington, D.C., 9 d'octubre de 1954) fou un advocat estaunidenc. Fou Fiscal General dels Estats Units d'Amèrica (1940–1941) i el Fiscal en Cap dels Estats Units d'Amèrica durant el procés de Nuremberg (1945-1946).
