Theodore Roosevelt (Nova York, 27 d'octubre de 1858 - Oyster Bay, Nova York, 6 de gener de 1919) fou el 26è president dels Estats Units d'Amèrica (1901-1909). Va ser nomenat president als 42 anys, el més jove dels presidents fins llavors. Fou premi Nobel de la Pau per la seva tasca de mediació en la guerra russo-japonesa (1904-1905).
